Upon receiving all the required documents from you, we will organize your project and structure a package tailored specifically for your project. We can close your loan as fast as 10 business days.

How the Financing Process Works at 1st Capital Commercial

• Send us a complete application form, an executive summary, appraisal, pictures and 2 years financials.
• 1st Capital Commercial will get you a Letter of Interest within 24-72 hours if your loan qualifies.
• Sign the Letter of Interest and Return it with the appraisal fee.
• 1st Capital Commercial will order the appraisal and collect all the necessary documents from you while the appraisal is being   completed, we'll organize and structure a package tailored specifically for your project.
• Once the package is completed, we submit it to our underwriting department.
• Once your loan is approved, we'll provide you with a letter of commitment with final terms and conditions.
• Once you accept and sign the letter of commitment, we'll prepare all closing documents and close your loan within 5 to 10 business   days.
